have a raw cacau- now what??

Date: November 08, 2007 01:11PM i have a beautiful deep red cacau sitting right here....and i have no clue what to do with it!!
is it ripe? how do i cut it? is there a good way to remove the pulp and separate the seeds (or beans or whatever they are?) any good cacau recipes? thanks!!! michelle Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
