My 'achilles heel', if you will, is cookies. Absolutely NO willpower. I can ambush a full-day's good, clean eating if a co-worker brings in cookies to the office. Any hard-core practical advice to leave them alone? Thanks! Love, gimpy

Keep a bowl of fruit at your desk, and always keep it full. When you are temped to eat a cookie, have a piece of fruit instead.

Load in your food processer Dates and Nuts, when it turns into a ball,
Take it out roll it into smaller balls. Flaten out slightly and roll in shredded coconut. Now thats cookies! Want a different taste, add a tiny bit of orange juice.
Be creative, You can make lots of stuff with this "main" recipe"
Don't forget to exercise... This yummy stuff can get to ya!

tell people at the office that you're raw.
that way, you'll want to live up to your word.

I find that I'm less likely to be tempted around people who know I'm raw.
as opposed to being around my folks/grandparents who still are getting the hang of my being veg'n (6 years now...).
