Date: November 28, 2007 07:19AM I think you can't bet raw foods, but I suppose it is like anything you have to find the right balance with eating raw to help manage imbalances, I have had acupuncture and personally I found it did help with my embalances, but found that it would only last for a few weeks, then I would have to go back again,
But it can be helpfull in the respect of a boost, and to help insist you on a more healthier life style, I never knock any alternative way that can help the mind, body & soul, it finding what works for you! Kind wishes Ju! Re: Acupuncture and Raw Foods

Date: November 28, 2007 07:24AM I've had great experiences with acupuncture, but I've only done it 2-3 times in a row, never as a regular thing. I always felt great after. Still, I haven't experienced anything close to as great as I feel being raw. Re: Acupuncture and Raw Foods
