Sorry man...I'm not even gonna pretend like I know the answer to that one!...it depends on how big you were in that particular area and also the elasticity of your skin in general, some skin won't snap back some will...sorry man!

same...

when I first started my problem was energy... I always felt like I did not have enough... some was detox I know, but the rest I dont know.

Anyway I get enough energy for sure from the orange juice, I think this is really helping big time. I also find that a couple ounces of cashews or brazil nutts help out quite a bit when I get certain cravings. The rest of the time I eat fruit... I dont really crave vegetables.

However I do plan on wheat grassing right away... just to pump up the alkalinity pool in my body so it can hurry along with the detox smiling smiley

I try to brush my teeth after eating citrus when I can. But other than that, I don't worry.

I wonder if there is more to the equation than simply citrus? What makes some people more sensitive than others? Citrus or pineapple have never hurt my mouth, but very unripe mangos sometimes sting (which can be quickly alleviated with wheatgrass). Interesting...

Hey, F1.

Got a question for ya.

Did you find you maintained your weight more easily when fasting or not eating so often, 1 meal a day or whatever ?

Or maybe you found that you could put on weight more easily i.e muscle, when not eating so often ?

Just wondering because i think that when you eat alot and very often,
your metabolism is then running so fast that you burn of so many callories,

And because raw foods are so low in calories, im thinking that could be a good reason why IM not putting on any weight or muscle.

Do you think that just one or two big meals a day would do me better than picking at foods and eating so often during the day ?

Cheers,
Paulie.

Eating seasonally makes a lot of sense. I always feel much more nourished by produce that is in season rather than produce that has been forced along.

I'm also glad to hear I am not the only one that tends to gravitate to certain kinds of nourishment and stick with it. I'll go through periods, most recently clementines, where that is all I'll want and I'll feel perfectly nourished and really well overall. This is hard for many to accept and they throw my way the old argument of, "Well that's not very balanced! You need protein and fats and complex carbs and..." I just cannot force myself and will not force myself to eat foods my body does not desire in order to fulfill some food pyramid guidelines. It's just completely and totally counterintuitive.

I hope this finds you well.
