I'm having my annual 90 day body transformation/fitness challenge starting on the 1st of January.

I'll be setting everything up real soon, probably in the hall of fame or logs section of my forum!

Alright folks, it's that time again, time to get rid of the christmas turkey, egg nog, chocolates and all that good stuff and get serious about your health and fitness, this challenge is open to any motivated individual that can respect the Fruitarian Fitness philosophy, it's basically 90 days of setting and then working towards your health and fitness goals according to the Fruitarian Fitness philosophy (see Terms & Conditions), remember, making such changes can get intense and you will be under attack from those personal demons at the first sign of progress, so total dedication to your goals and support for others on this path is a must, after all you can only get out what you put in, you decide the levels of intensity and how you achieve your goals, to get started simply set up your own personal F.I.T training log and follow the guidelines below. Note:If you have to ask if this is for you...chances are it's not!!!...so don't waste your time.

Guidelines

1) Must post up to date front, side and back before pics with proof of date, such as a newspaper,etc, before 1st of January (NOT NEGOTIABLE)

2) Must set up log and post intro, current weight and goals by 1st Jan.

3) Must be willing to commit to the full 90 days.

4) Must be willing to support and encourage others.

5) Must be able to report in on a regular basis for the full 90 days.

6) Must have a ton of fun.

7) Must prepare emotionally for success.
