Welcome

Alright folks, it's that time again, time to get rid of the christmas turkey, egg nog, chocolates and all that good stuff and get serious about your health and fitness, this challenge is open to any motivated individual raw or not and regardless of fitness levels, that can respect the Fruitarian Fitness philosophy, it's basically 90 days of working towards achieving your own personal fitness related goals, no goal is too big or small, remember, making such changes can get intense and you will be under attack from those personal demons/spiritual warfare at the first sign of progress, so total dedication to your goals and support for others on this path is a must, after all you can only get out what you put in, you decide the levels of intensity and how you achieve your goals, to get started simply go to the designated challenge location on the Fruitarian Fitness forum and set up your own personal challenge log and follow the guidelines below, all successful participants will be have there logs placed in the F.I.T Hall Of Fame.

Getting Started

To get started, go to the designated "90 Day Body Transformation Challenge" forum/section anytime from now up to the 1st of Jan and set up your personal challenge log then follow the challenge guidelines below, it's in these challenge logs where you will record your training/activities, meals, ask questions and socialize/support others, don't forget to make full use of the rest of the forum as there is all the info you could possibly need to transition to the raw lifestyle or improve your fitness levels, also I'll be around to assist any body that needs assistance, the most important thing to remember is to have fun and that you set your own pace.

Note: If you have to ask if this challenge is for you...chances are that you don't want to change/results bad enough!!!...if it really resonated with you, you would...TAKE ACTION NOW!!!

Guidelines

1) Must post up to date front, side and back before pics with proof of date, such as a newspaper,etc, before 1st of January (NOT NEGOTIABLE)

2) Must set up log and post intro, current weight and goals by 1st Jan.

3) Must be willing to commit to the full 90 days.

4) Must be willing to support and encourage others.

5) Must be able to report in on a regular basis for the full 90 days.

6) Must have a ton of fun.

7) Must prepare emotionally for success.

Prizes

Prizes to be arranged.

The challenge will be judged and three individuals with the most outstanding results will be picked by Richard Blackman a.k.a F1 at the end of the 90 days and prizes will be awarded based on the following:

1) Amount of weight lost and physical condition (aesthetics).
2) Obstacles overcome to reach goals/amount of goals achieved.
3) General atitude and support of fellow members.
