New Year's Dinner. What Have You Made?
Posted by: arilraw ()

Hello, all,

I've uncooked for friends of mine this New Years, and here's what's on the menu:
1. A lager variety of veggies and veggie dip
2. Garden salad w/tahini dressing
3. Chocolate pudding
4. Cheese cake (for those who don't like the pudding or, simply, for those who would like to put it on the cake!).
5. lemon aid
6. red wine
7. tea

What have you made for your friends, or are you, by chance, going to a raw pot luck?

Thanks,

Arilraw

I've made a huge batch of Avo-Cacao Mouse served with plenty of fresh strawberries and apple-bananas for dipping... always a big hit, even with the raw-skeptics.

Aloha nui loa a haole makahiki ho (With much love, a happy new year)

Happy New Year to all!

These holidays I ate/(will eat):

about 2 pounds/day (each kind) - mangos and Bosc pears;

1/2 to 1 pound/day (each kind) - persimmons, apples, carrots, Roma tomatoes;

1 handfull each kind - hemp seeds + almonds (blended) w. some flax seeds;

2-3 tbsp of bee pollen/day;

I also made a thick paste of cocoa (no sugar) as drink or instead chocolate.

I drunk sesame seeds oil (about 1 tsp at a time, about 5-6 tsp/day) - I really enjoy this great flavor!

I would like to stress that lately I did not blend or mix the fruits or veggies, not even making salads, I preferred to enjoy their flavor individually, one by one.

Peace, love and good health!

Pls. excuse my English - foreigner.

I went to a party and everyone brought over a dish, I made a dessert, raw apple cobbler. I found the recipe from www.goneraw.com. Everyone loved it.
