Date: January 24, 2008 11:34AM Vit D and B12 are very important as are iron supplements or come month 6 you will be so knackered you wont be able to get out of bed even with the energy of RAW! I know I have 3 girls under 3! Get medical advice on this - also vegan society Uk has usefulinfo on this.

Date: January 24, 2008 05:22PM get your folic acid levels tested if you're concerned about that. all the rest too, just to see where you're at if you're curious about it. no sense going about trying to fix something that is perfectly balanced already, better to know before hand perhaps.
