Chlorophyll

Our bodies digest energy in the form of glucose, so would any energy absorbed from the sun and stored in the clorophyll be usable (besides the basic calorie content of the plant)? Re: Chlorophyll

Date: January 29, 2008 06:07AM Hi Selenes,
Intuitively and energetically, I really groove on foods with high chlorophyll. It does somehow feel like some sort of solar nutrition. I have no empirical data regarding any of the health benefits, but my body really enjoys it. I was drinking an entire bunch of cilantro and a half a bunch of kale everyday in my smoothies (along with other ingredients)...lately I've added an entire bunch of parsley too, but I'm not sure how much of the nutrition comes from the chlorophyll. I'd say if you are curious and drawn to it, give it a try and see how you feel. Aloha, Greg Re: Chlorophyll
