skinny on raw

So its been about two months on raw. I have lost weight, which is not what I would like. The first time I went raw I gained weight and was delighted about it. I do feel good. I have energy and strength, which is what really matters. I am sure its just a matter of time before I start putting the weight back on. I do believe that on a healthy raw diet you will reach your optimum weight. But its winter, its cold, and I would like to fit in my clothes again. Any suggestions? I dont digest too much nuts well, perhaps I can try soaked nuts.
Blessed!
Haida

Eat enough concentrating on fruit rather than nuts or fats for overall calories.
Exercise concentrating on strength or resistence workouts over cardio
Be patient and let your body do the work, anything else is usually anti-productive, expecially for long term,

I love thin-ness, fatness, perfectness in every form. Love the mirror, even the circus-mirror. It is pefect too.

Love,
Paul

Haida,
My partner lost a lot of weight When we went raw, bananas and avocado helped a lot with this.

Soaking nuts does make them easier to digest.

I would say, eat until you're full, and then stop; eat whenever you're hungry!

I dropped an ALARMING amount of weight the first month, and that was even with way too many nuts and avocados. From what I understand, first your body deletes damaged/toxic tissue, and once the cleaning is done, it starts to build.

As long as you are eating when you genuinely need to, the body will manage things at its own pace. My weight, for now, has stabilized, although I wouldn't mind a wardrobe full of pants a size smaller. tongue sticking out smiley
