Asthma? What asthma?

Date: February 06, 2008 03:51PM Looking back a couple of years I had a lot of SAD sicknesses, aches pains etc.
But I remember being told a few years ago by an asthma specialist at a top hospital that I had asthma and that I had to use inhalers (finger wagging at me) and have them with me always or I like 10 other Canadians a week I could end up dead if I got a cold for instance. I did not buy this for me though at the time I thought I could be in denial. Well lately after many long light winter runs (and lots of green smoothies) and a good nights sleep I find I am able to breathe so deeply it feels as though my breath just keeps on going deeper and deeper right into the earth. It's a wonderful feeling and I just wanted to share that. Re: Asthma? What asthma?

I love how you said that... I can imagine how great it must feel. That's awesome! Date: February 06, 2008 05:35PM Hi does running help cure asthma and copd? I thought it was purely caused by diet, and the parents not properly cleansing and eating healthy before childbirth? Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 02/06/2008 05:36PM by superjuicer. Re: Asthma? What asthma?

Date: February 07, 2008 08:11AM someone stepped over the line, but it sure wasn't greg.
you sound pretty stressed out, and surely an enlightened guy like yourself can recognize that as a signal that its time to question your own thinking. you may want to give yourself the gift of following your own advice. peace! Re: Asthma? What asthma?

Date: February 07, 2008 06:13PM Wow Dulset, that's great! If you ever get a chance to look over a book called Unwinding The Belly you might really enjoy it. It's about that deep breathing and techniques, etc.
Maui Greg..did want to mention before how funny your new pic is..kinda creeps me out..but in a funny scary movie kinda way..your facial expression fits nicely with this thread too Paul aka EnlightnementNow, just wanted to say to you that if you have some issues to deal with inside yourself, at least you may be trying to do that with a cleaner diet, etc..keep trying, you'll get there. Also, you might try some Lugol's 5% solution of Iodine or at the very least do eat plenty of deep water sea veggies like kelp and other seaweeds for the Iodine content. Love, Prism Re: Asthma? Date: February 08, 2008 02:31AM Dulset, I'm so glad you are sharing about this. It's inspiring. I had a similar experience in the past with doctors telling me inhalers were my only option. Glad we didn't fall for that one!
