keratosis pilaris

Has anyone cured keratosis pilaris with a raw food diet? I'm currently 70-80% raw, all vegan. My kp hasn't improved though and since I started transitioning at the beginning of the year my face has developed some red splochy, dry areas (I usually don't have many skin issues on my face). I feel like my skin has been revolting since increasing my raw consumption, even though the rest of my body has been feeling terrific! Any suggestions?

yeah, a little. It's been a year for me...it's not totally cleared away, but it has slowly gotten less noticable. skin brushing has helped too.

Do you use a loofa pad for skin brushing? I've read that extra virgin coconut oil in the shower helps but I haven't tried it out yet.
