I'm happy to support business supporting the raw vegan life style, although i'd like to pay less.  The retail value is bound to a lot high because they don't keep very long.

Date: June 19, 2006 04:39AM not to sound like I know it all but all grains are bad.. try the buckwheat groat.. its actually a fruit seed.. not a grain..
