I sell pickle makers and I know about saurerkraut. Yes I have a webisite but it's not for fermenting. I haven't seen any raw beet recipes yet. What I need to know can they be whole, chopped, or grated. And can I just use the standard sea salt. Suvine Are you Coco? Rawrrr I just listened to Brian Clement on a conference call.
