Date: March 01, 2008 10:42PM You CAN juice it with your teeth....but much of the grass doesn't break down in the mouth...and you end up with green chewing gum!....and I imagine this just passes out of your body as fiber/roughage. So: I'm sure you COULD eat it....if you find it appealing...and you feel your body accepts it. Let us know!

i don't eat the grass, i leave that to the cows with their multiple stomachs. Re: Can you eat wheat grass?

Date: March 02, 2008 04:15PM cows have like 5 stomachs or something, I chew the wheatgrass and spit it out lol, also you have to have a really good juicer in order to juice wheatgrass too. ~ Tiffany A friend is someone who knows the song in your heart, and can sing it back to you when you have forgotten the words.. you don't need a terrific high end juicer to do greens, just one that is designed for that. they are either good for greens or good for fruit, rarely both. Re: Can you eat wheat grass?
