Date: March 03, 2008 10:53PM I am new to this. I bought raw honey from the supermarket since it was in a raw food recipe book. But I haven't used it after visiting this blog because vegans don't have animal products. I use agave nectar instead. Re: Honey

-Your question is a good one - just keep in mind this is a vegan forum....with no discussion or support of animal-based products. -Don't get hung up on the word 'raw'. Just think, 'fresh, unprocessed plant foods' and you'll be on the right track. Power to you! -David Z. Mason WWW.RawFoodFarm.com Re: Honey
