Date: March 05, 2008 12:27AM I live in Northern Ontario and it is quite the challenge to get organic products (hit and miss) as well as organic seeds for sprouting and basically raw products that I could order without having to pay a fortune in shipping. Can anyone help me?
I have been incorporating raw foods for the last few months and only went 100% raw last month. I am enjoying it but find my choices quite limited. I want to start sprouting but not sure what I ask for when looking for seeds. How do you know what seeds you can sprout? Any help would be appreciated. Re: Suppliers in Ontario

Date: March 17, 2008 02:03AM Try Zehrs, Loblaws, or Independent they have organic food section. For seeds go to local health food store, you'll find instructions on the back of the package.
