Date: March 08, 2008 06:32AM The best raw carbs for physical activity is sweet fruit. This means bananas, oranges, tangerines, mangos, papaya, watermelon, etc.
Its the easiest raw carb to digest, filled with electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, fiber, and water. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
