One more food question

How does it work for sundried foods - are they considered "cooked" - do they reach a temp in the sun high enough to be considered cooked? I am hooked on organic sun dried wild mulberries, along with sun dried tomatoes. I literally could eat an entire bag of mulberries in one sitting....please tell me they are raw!!!! haha, just kidding, I am not giving them up so fast either way. Veggie

I understand that they are considered raw as fresh fruit is also 'sun-ripened'.

Veggiefreak:

-Don't get hung up on the word 'raw'. If your opinion is like mine, shoot for fresh, unprocessed plant foods...at a level that you are comfortable with. If more processed items help you get there - more power to you!
