Date: March 16, 2008 03:23PM I've eaten the nibs in that form with some raisins for added sweetness. It's like chewing on coffee beans, not too hard to do. Re: Cacao nibs, how do you eat them?

Add them to chocolate, either ground or whole for an extra crunch. Rob -- Rob Hull - Funky Raw My blog: [www.rawrob.com] Re: Cacao nibs, how do you eat them?

As a non-raw i used to eat some 99% cacao chocolate... Must be similar, without the sweetness Re: Cacao nibs, how do you eat them?

Date: March 20, 2008 04:51PM I really like them as a topping on raw chocolate ice cream although I found that they don't work as well as powder for making the ice cream itself.
I tried eating them plain and they were a bit too bitter for me. Gary Re: Cacao nibs, how do you eat them?

Date: March 21, 2008 03:18PM I grind them and then blend them with dates or figs. Great stuff. You can add sesame seeds and vanilla to this if you like. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
