Is anybody using the Greenstar juicer? Need help!

I finally opened up my new green star juicer last night promptly tried it out with some carrots. Today, I attempted to repeat the process and the machine keeps turning off after a few seconds. Even with no carrots in it. My BF & I disassembled and reassembled several time, and the thing still will no stay running! Everything looks to be in place. We took all the parts off to see if it would run, but nope! Still turns off by itself after a few seconds. I’m stumped!! And sooo disappointed. I am hoping to find someone here who may have some experience with this machine and maybe be able to shed some light. I really appreciate it! Thanks! Re: Is anybody using the Greenstar juicer? Date: March 18, 2008 05:14AM did you call the help line in the manual? that's the first place to start, they are better at trouble shooting than anyone else.
