Best raw cake, in your opinion?

Date: March 29, 2008 10:33PM I'm having supper with a couple of friends in 2 weeks, and i said i would bring a raw desert...
I have loads of cake recipes that i found, but i havnt tasted one so i dont really know what to expect... If you have recipes, or links for recipes that you tried and love, please share!! *I would like a good "cheesecake" recipe, or any good cake recipe, that would food SAD eaters!!! Shannon marie has berry cheesecake [www.welikeitraw.com] or.. This one is v good also..White chocolate and strawberry Vanessa Sherwood [gliving.tv] or you could go with a nice pie? Coconut cream..or spiced apple pie..or pineapple pie? Apple pie with cashew cream..pretty awesome!Ani Phyo has a great one..check it out on youtube..if you want to see how simple it is! 1 cup pecans 1 cup walnuts 10-12 soaked dates (I pit and tear them up before soaking) cinnamon to taste ^^Food process these for a crust. >>Spread crust all over pie pan (one of the circular ones), pack down, and drizzle with a raw sweetener of your choice. 6 bananas juice of 6 limes (less if the limes are large) 1/2 vanilla bean ^^Blend these for filling. >>Pour filling onto crust, and FREEZE! Yum yum yum yum yum yum yum! My non-raw boyfriend loved it so much he INSISTED I make one for his non-raw brother's birthday, and a whole troupe of non-raw people devoured it and wanted more. >8) Re: Best raw cake, in your opinion?
