Thoughts on overeating

I've noticed that when I overeat on cooked, fried, processed, or otherwise dead food, I feel like a pile of garbage.

The difference is now, all raw, if I overeat, I feel like a biodegradable compost heap.

(I'm learning new things about myself every day.)

Ha! ha! Yes. Set YOUR small goals and keep them. Remember you will never be able to harm yourself enough to help ONE other person.

I overeat on raw and I feel full, I overeat on cooked and I feel bloated and stuffed and dehydrated. I always feel like I am overloading on nutrients when i overeat on raw which makes me feel good.

Overeating any veggies or fruit, cooked or not, goes better for me than overeating heavy foods--protein, grain, nuts (raw or not), etc.

It's takes time to learn how to "eat enough", yet not eat "too much" :O)

I like to listen to instrumental new age music at a low volume that just naturally relaxes me and in that state of mind it feels right to me not to be hungry or full and to not be prompted to eat until a slight return of hunger is experienced.

I'm getting better at getting in touch with this feeling as well - and the too full doesn't do well. Sometimes it's just an extra 8 oz. of juice that puts me over the edge!

But yeah, too full raw is much, much better than too full cooked vegan (I mean food, not an actual vegan, though....)

yes, its a real training to learn how to eat enough, yet not too much...
I'm getting better at it, especially since i eat only fruits and sprouts in the daytime, and greens/veggies in the evening...I have less cravings, my stomach dosnt growl all the time, and i feel alot more satisfied...

Isnt raw food the coolest thing? Im so amazed since ive started this diet, i feel in love...
