Date: March 31, 2008 02:00AM No...but if it helps YOU to eat more fresh, unprocessed raw plant foods....then go for it. You'll get my 100% support. Opinion: Don't get hung up on the word 'raw'. Think 'fresh, unprocessed plant foods' and you'll be on the right track.

Date: March 31, 2008 02:21AM I make a salad dressing with it. I probably wouldn't eat as many greens if I didn't use the dressing, so for me, for now, it's a keeper. Re: Is nutrional yeast raw?

Date: March 31, 2008 03:02AM I eat it on a cabbage salad and it really is good. For now I don't sweat the small stuff. Re: Is nutrional yeast raw?

I still eat tamari, tabasco, and other "cooked" seasonning...So i guess its not too bad its only little details... It really helps though if you have stinky chesse cravings!! Worked for me! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
