They're a pretty small and occasional part of my diet - I have to actually crave them, they're not something I can just reach for if I'm hungry. Usually about every couple days I'll eat 1 or 2 bananas. I end up with alot of half bananas left over, I can't always eat a whole one.

Tons of them. They do give me heaertburn, though. Was surprised to read about the antacid properties, because I sure dont feel it. even when i eat them solo.

I go through phases with bananas.

In general, I tend to eat more bananas in the winter and early spring, understandably.

My favorite way to eat bananas is to take them, one at a time, and mush them up in a bowl with my hand until they are liquid. I find that the taste is much more delicious and I like the consistency better, too. I like to do it one at a time because each banana has its' own unique taste.

At the moment, I am really loving bananas.

For me, a perfect day is to eat 3 kinds of fruits. Yesterday I ate watermelon, bananas, and honey tangerines, in that order.

: )

Love,
Julie
