Date: June 05, 2006 01:22AM I will be traveling in Europe in August - Berlin, Prague, Vienna and Budapest. Can someone help me to eat raw easily while there? Thanks! Re: Raw Travel in Europe

Date: June 05, 2006 02:21AM It depends a bit on what kind of diet you have. I don't think you'll be able to find much in restaurants, etc, but if you are happy with simple fruits and veggies you'll find plenty in universal or specialised shops (+ markets). It's an easy month to be raw in Europe IMO. Re: Raw Travel in Europe

Date: June 05, 2006 05:51AM good question...i'm going to have to keep looking back at this thread as i'll be in italy for 3 weeks this summer!
you can probably do a search for health food stores in those cities and buy fresh greens and fruits at the supermarket...although i have no idea how available organic produce will be.. as a backup, i'd take some nuts, seeds, lara bars or something similar with you... i also like <a href="[www.naturalzing.com]; lydia's green crackers</a> Re: Raw Travel in Europe

We're staying in hotels and doing some touring, so I don't know how I can go to markets unless they're close by. Someone told me there are street markets with produce commonly. I do plan to take nuts along, planning to get salad and fruit as I go along. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
