Date: April 08, 2008 02:18AM Ok I finally put something together and I'm darn proud of what I came up with!
I made some almond milk the other day, and I had all that extra crunched almond left over and I wonder what I could do with it instead of throwing it away. So I spread it out and put it inside my dehydrator for a day, along with some buckwheat groats. I then took it out and pasted it with agave nectar to make it a sweet treat. Then I put that inside a bowl, along with some coconut, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, fresh blueberries, fresh mango, goji berries, and some figs. Then I drowned it all in my almond milk. WOW! It came out really good! I think I'll have some more tomorrow. (the agave nectar spread around the crushed almond was what made it really good!) Re: the best raw cereal

Date: April 08, 2008 10:48PM I have a canister of Quaker rolled oats.
Is this raw? It says 100% stone rolled oats. I tried some right from the can.Its ok. Should I just throw it out.? I feel I should. Re: the best raw cereal

Date: April 10, 2008 01:22AM They are most likely not raw. Most of the oats you buy in stores, even natural stores are not raw. Raw oats don't keep fresh very long so most suppliers stabilize them with heat before sending to the stores. I think you can order them online at www.rawbakery.com or www.alissacohen.com. Not sure if they are good or not. Maybe someone else has experience or can give you a better source. Re: the best raw cereal
