juice all day/one meal at night

It feels natural to me to drink fresh juice all day and then eat one meal in the early evening. Is there truly a drawback to that, like I was reading? Does your body get confused? I was doing this to kind of prepare for a juice feast (ok, I like the feast word! it feels abundant, not lacking smiling smiley and it feels so good, I wondered if anyone had any ideas on this. Is it harmful - does the body think it's detoxing, then jolted into digestion?!

Juicing in the morning (Wheatgrass and Carrot), then eating in the early afternoon (Green Smoothie) is a Diet Plan that is Best for me. Not only do I feel better, but the mirror says 'YES' too.....WY

depends what you *big* meal consists of really .. if its fat laden or ..cooked or ..? really it all depends ...

there is 2 schools of thought really when you think of it ..

you can eat lite all day when your body really needs lots of fuel to propell you thru the day and then eat heavy before sleep and digest when your body should be using that time to heal

or you can eat heavy early for the energy and lite at night to give you body a chance to heal while resting from the days exertion

neither is terribly right or wrong or correct or incorrect .. smiling smiley

do whatever feels comfortable for ;you smiling smiley

No. Intermittent fasting is good. Some people do this by skipping meals, others by fasting one day a week or so.

As long as you get at least 30 g of fiber per day on average (I think more is better) from nonjuiced foods you should be fine.

I love to eat my foods during the day and finish with a simple green smoothie at night. I believe that the less we eat at night, the more our bodies will heal and have the chance to rest.

i think you should have a decent lunch and juice in the morning and evening
this will give yr body ample time to break the foods down and digest.
i find i get an upset stomach if i eat too late

hmmm don't know
maybe the body will get confused

maybe it will still be intelligent enough to figure it out

a BIG meal in the evening?

depends on when u will go to sleep

maybe a moderate meal is better

but like someone pointed out, its how u define what a big meal is

a green smoothie is okay

but who cares what we think just go for what works for u
