Date: June 26, 2008 02:13PM I've been 70%-80% raw for about 10 months now, and still don't have a juicer or dehydrator. I do have a blender and food processor, so I'm getting by ok.
Please recommend your appliances because I need to branch out! Thanks Re: Best: Juicer, Blender, Dehydrator? Help!

Date: June 29, 2008 12:54AM I have the 20 amperage Icb7 blender. That blender is amazing. I cannot live without it. My friend just got a demo for around 700 bucks and loves it. I still like the vitamix since I can use it to push down frozen nut milk ice cream into the blades with the tamper but for smoothies the icb7 wins. I am getting really into blending.. Date: August 11, 2008 04:08PM Hi
I am so jealous that you have this blender.I live in London and its not available here sob, sob.........but I have read all about it on the blind guru website. I have just discovered this forum and am so new to blending I haven't even purchased a blender yet - albeit I have been juicing for about 8 years. Really want to start making some raw chocolate concoctions! Its all so confusing out there; which one to buy etc but I am reading though all the historical messages for some tips. Date: August 25, 2008 07:43AM I have the blendtec blender, it is amazing, I love it!
I have an excalibur dehydrator and highly reccomend it. As for the food processor, I bought a cheap one that can hold a lot and it lasted 2 years, not bad. I replaced it with the same brand. Date: January 25, 2009 06:37AM Juicer: GreenStar or Solo Star II (I have the Solo Star II.) Some like Champion.
Blender: Vita-Mix or Blendtec/K-Tec (I have K-Tec Champ HP3.) Dehydrator: Excalibur or SausageMaker Stainless Steel Dehydrator (I have the SausageMaker one on my wish list.) I currently use a cheap plastic one until I can buy the SausageMaker one. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
