Does anyone know the best way to get the calcium necessary for bone health through vegetables. Example: How much spinach do you need to eat in a day? (or juice)

I've been using Sea Vegetables (Kelp, Sea Lettuce, and Dulse) in my Green Smoothies. I'm sure something is lost in the drying process, but they're
rich in Calcium and B12.....WY
P.S. Fresh Greens are best if you have a source....I don't.

Hmmmm interesting idea WY! I will have to try that.

Tahini is a good source of calcium. So are spinach, edamame, kale, okra, bok choy and dandelion greens.

Thanks CC. It's been working well for me.
The best Seaweed comes from the Maine Coast. I've also
bought from Rising Tide in California. I buy in
Bulk, one and two pounds at a time.....WY

1lb of spinach is 449mg of calcium...
Collards is the highest with 668mg of calcium in 1lb.
If you mix the greens with carrot juice, you get a bit extra calcium from that.
