Advice on outdoor blending

Date: August 05, 2008 06:12PM Hello everyone! I have been asked to make smoothies at an outdoor event. Someone is providing a battery power converter for my Vitamix.
I am looking or advice on cleaning the blender between smoothies. There won't be a water supply close by, except perhaps a long garden hose. I could dunk it in a bath like bartenders do with glassware - I don't know what's the best and most sanitary way to do this. Suggestions?
