I went on e-bay and found a bunch of Breville Juicers. I think I may put a bid on one of referbished ones.... any thoughts on that idea? They are going for $69 and $9.99 for shipping (or around that). Somewhat aprehensive to buy a used one but if they say it's referbished - I should just jump right in right? Date: March 29, 2009 09:40PM breville hands down better quality produce out of it and seems quieter than the jack to me  in my opinion
if noise is truly a problem for you can always build a simple insulated box ( 1x4's and some styrofoam) to pop ovre top of it ..otherwise if you are blending/juicing during normal waking hours i wouldnt worry about it too much .. if someone bitches give em a glass of carrot juice  ...Jodi, the banana eating buddhist  Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
