Juicer help please!

Date: August 31, 2008 03:31AM Hi Everybody,
I'm completely new to posting on this forum, but have been reading it of late. I've been about 70% raw for the past year, and now want to invest in a juicer. I want to start juicing greens (spinach, kale, wheetgrass) carrots, fruit. More importantly, though, I want a juicer that will make nut butters and almond milk. I've been looking at the Omega 8003 (because it seems easier to clean than the Green Star and Champion, but I'm interested to hear the thoughts of avid juicers/raw foodists. What would you suggest? Thanks for your help! Re: Juicer help please!

What would you > suggest? I'd say you've been doing your Homework. The Omega 8003 is an excellent all-purpose Juicer. I own one, and used it a lot when I was juicing Celery. I still prefer my Omega 4000 for Carrots. Good Luck in your search. I would recommend that you eliminate the Champion as an option. I've owned several, and used others, over the years and have had nothing but trouble with them.....WY Re: Juicer help please!

you will have to add extra oils to the nut butters. champion makes nut butters w/out extra oil, but doesn't do greens well. for that, i took the omega and donated my champion to another aspiring raw foodie. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
