Would You Bring A Blender To Work?

I want to drink smoothies for lunch and they don't hold up from morning until noon. I want to bring a blender to work, but they are SO noisy.... I feel better if I drink my fruit instead of eating it.

Don't do it. Try to 'blend' in with
the crowd while at work. Do your real Blending at
home......WY

On the occasions I carry beverages such as smoothies, I either add ice or prepare them with frozen fruit and carry it in an insulated container such as a small thermos. This way hours later when I'm drinking it, the will still be chilled

I find that my smoothies don't oxidize as quickly if they have a higher quotient of liquid. It reduces the air pockets, which reduces the oxidation, which allows me to store them much longer before drinking. Lately, apples are finally in season and I have been adding unpasteurized apple cider to my smoothies to get that liquid boost.
