Date: November 04, 2008 07:41AM hmm checked out your site .. maybe will check it again in a few months when theres more to check out ...
not sure your site resonates with what most people are doing here from this site ... specifically your raw food guidelines say one thing ..and your steps to raw foods say another ... including animal products (specifically steps 3 an 4 which say Step3 Sushi! Make sure your raw food diet is well-balanced. Raw food does not equal vegetarianism or eating vegan; raw foods include sushi and animal products such as milk, eggs, cheese, and well-prepared raw beef. Step4 Raw Milk Add raw dairy products to your daily foods. Find a local source of clean, fresh raw milk through the Real Milk Foundation or the Weston A. Price Foundation. Use raw cream to make your own raw butter, and make raw yogurt and kefir from your raw milk. What are the Guidelines of the Raw Food Diet? 1. What can I eat? Unprocessed, preferably organic, whole foods such as: Fresh fruits and vegetables Nuts Seeds Beans Grains Legumes Dried fruit Seaweed Unprocessed organic or natural foods Freshly juiced fruit and vegetables Purified water Young coconut milk At least 75% of food consumed should not be heated over 116 degrees F. - i dont see any of your celebrity friends posting anything about your food services either ...which to me would make it alot more credible .. not that im calling your dicredible ..but theres only 6 random comments .. in short your sites a bit confusing ..to me anyways but good luck with it p.s. .. it may be a fad diet in hollywood .. but its a REAL lifestyle choice for the rest of us .. i hope you can respect that *smiles* ...Jodi, the banana eating buddhist Edited 2 time(s). Date: November 05, 2008 01:38AM Hello Jodi
Thank so much for the comments. I have my site for those that are and arent vegan. Me Im not vegan but I think that is probably the healthiest for me. I have gained alot of weight cooking, and when clients told me they wanted info on RAW FOOD I placed it there. Love the sayings......very beautiful and so true. Yes its a fad diet in Hollywood but I have met many people that are truly vegan and do take care of their bodies and those are the ones I want to learn from. I could use all the education I can get......would love to know more if you have time to email it (smile) Have a wonderful day Jodi Chef Beck Re: Celebrity Chef Beck Seeking Raw Food Diet Articles and Recipes

I'm considering starting each day with a few ounces of Wheatgrass Juice followed immediately by 16 to 32 ounces of Carrot Juice. CJ is very filling and, combined with the green juice, gives the skin a nice 'glow'.....WY Re: Celebrity Chef Beck Seeking Raw Food Diet Articles and Recipes

The "warming food" quality of the juice and warm glowing of the skin are things I also appreciate, especially as winter approaches here in the north. Wheatgrass juice should go nicely with the carrot.. I'd be interested to here how it goes.. loeve Re: Celebrity Chef Beck Seeking Raw Food Diet Articles and Recipes

Date: November 28, 2008 08:08PM I like to make a smoothie using many different fruits and veggies.
One of my favorites: Freshly pressed orange juice (for the base) Handful of spinach Handful of kale A whole apple, seeds, stalk and all. A sharon fruit A banana half a cucumber A few shreds of seaweed A touch of raw cacao powder Sounds alot and really it is, I make one and it usaly lasts me a good 2 hours. Great for building muscle after hitting the gym! Re: Celebrity Chef Beck Seeking Raw Food Diet Articles and Recipes

Date: November 29, 2008 03:09PM Boyd.....That looks like a great smoothie recipe. I like a lot of
ingredients too. That's a good idea to use OJ as the base. I've been using water because several of my ingredients require pre-soaking......WY Re: Celebrity Chef Beck Seeking Raw Food Diet Articles and Recipes

Date: November 29, 2008 05:53PM Thanks WY !
I dont have alot of free time during the day, so i find cramming in as many as possible beneficial in more ways then one. I also use water alot too. I actually prefer it with water, I find i can taste all the different fruits and veg when using it. If you are using water and find the smoothie to be abit strong, I find adding some fresh lime balances out the other ingredients perfectly. Always makes my greens taste great!
