Date: July 10, 2008 04:32PM I've been using Sea Vegetables (Kelp, Sea Lettuce, and Dulse) in my Green Smoothies. I'm sure something is lost in the drying process, but they're
rich in Calcium and B12.....WY P.S. Fresh Greens are best if you have a source....I don't. Re: Calcium

Tahini is a good source of calcium. So are spinach, edamame, kale, okra, bok choy and dandelion greens. My website: The Coconut Chronicles Re: Calcium

I've also bought from Rising Tide in California. I buy in Bulk, one and two pounds at a time.....WY [www.seaveg.com] Re: Calcium

Collards is the highest with 668mg of calcium in 1lb. If you mix the greens with carrot juice, you get a bit extra calcium from that. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
