Do green smoothies oxidize?

Date: January 20, 2009 05:50AM I was wondering if I would lose any nutrients if I leave green smoothie in the fridge overnight. In her book, V. Boutenko mentions that it will keep in the fridge for 3 days. But will it retain all of its nutritional value?
If it doesn't, how is it then different from a regular juice and the way it will typically oxidize? Re: Do green smoothies oxidize?

but it wont be completely devoid of nutrients overnight or in 3 days .. but freshest is always bestest ...Jodi, the banana eating buddhist Re: Do green smoothies oxidize?
