Your dream raw food kitchen (juicer, blender, dehydrator, crazy machine we've never heard of, sprouting stuff, you name it!) I'd love to hear about your dream gear and why it is your top fantasy pick... Date: March 27, 2009 07:06PM Well, I got a new Vitamix, so that satisfies that fantasy.
I want about 4 Excallibur dehydrators. I want spiral slicer for using zuchinni. And most of all, a system of containers to extend the life of produce from my garden... like the ones that suck ethelyne gas out of the box. I want to find something to fit in my small refrigerator.

Date: April 06, 2009 04:38PM My dream juicer is a reality now! Not that long ago, I purchased a Breville Juice Fountain Elite. OMG I LOOOOOVE that juicer. Love my Vitamix as well. I would recommend these to your wealthy client (about $300 for juicer, $500 for Vitamix).
What I dream about: a place where I can go and pick fresh, organic veggies and fruits, and use them immediately. Gardening is not my thing, so a skillful gardener will be my dream for now

Date: April 07, 2009 02:58PM besides all the equpiment already mentioned above , my dream kitchen would have an attatched large greenhouse, the excess heat being recirculated throughout the house to reduce heating costs.
