Anyone ever juice all day and eat/blend at night?

Date: July 14, 2010 04:53PM I seem to be more hungry at night regardless of what I eat or don't eat during the day.
I'm thinking of juicing all day and then eating or blending a big meal at night. I know breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal but I am fine on just juice. Even when I do eat food or blend - I am hungrier at night. Re: Anyone ever juice all day and eat/blend at night?

Date: July 14, 2010 08:54PM I feel a blended meal or fruit would be okay to eat at night, or early evening. A heavy meal would not be a good idea due to the long digestion period required. I've been thinking about going with the daylight diet, as Paul Nison recommends, but haven't as of yet...
I still eat after it gets dark - well, I guess it depends on the season. Right now it typically stays daylight until almost 9 p.m., and I usually don't consume anything after 8 or so. Re: Anyone ever juice all day and eat/blend at night?

Date: July 15, 2010 08:03PM it's possible to adjust the body to a larger meal in the mornings. however a 'heavy' meal at night is not a good idea for your sleep and digestion. Re: Anyone ever juice all day and eat/blend at night?

Date: July 25, 2010 02:39PM I typically consume nothing but fruit juice in the morning, then a juice of about 10 different veggies for lunch, and the nights are when I do my munching, mostly on whole fruits or nuts,or sprouts.
Just gotta chew on SOMETHING!! Vinny Re: Anyone ever juice all day and eat/blend at night?

Date: July 31, 2010 01:04PM I would say switch it around and have blended meals for breakfast and lunch and then maybe fruit juice for dinner. You are likely so hungry at night because you aren't eating enough calories during the day. That's definitely been my experience. Date: August 24, 2010 04:59PM I am about to start doing something like that.
Tanya Zavasta does this: 1.morning juice and some soaked seeds 2.lunch blended green drink 3.dinner at 2pm salad You can go over a month on just juice but the lack of fiber is what cathes up to you. That's why I am going to combine juice and blended drinks or Ann Wigmore type energy soups. I have Tanya's book "Quantum Eating" but haven't started reading it yet. I will report on that book after I read it. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
