I don't know about the nutrient value of the leaves but my body seems to think they are the good part. I think it is okay to consume raw and juiced. There is also "chinese celery" which has more leaves than stalk, and celeriac tops (I suspect it is the same thing as "chinese celery". They are... well, celery-like (bitter and tingly). i'm still alive so... maybe they are okay then again, all plants have some levels of toxicity cuz they hate being eaten by animals ( including humans) oh well... Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
