Does anyone recommend a good raw food recipe book? Re: Just a smoothie maker?

[www.totalblender.com] This one has videos: [www.blendtec.com] If you like it don't worry, you can find it cheaper on other websites. Things are always more expensive on the manufactorers websites. Edited 2 time(s). Last edit at 02/22/2007 07:05AM by LikeItOrNot. Re: Just a smoothie maker?

Date: February 24, 2007 04:09PM Thanks,
I'm going out today to buy that book. One one store that I tried didn't have it yesterday but another store close by has two copies. Re: Just a smoothie maker?

Date: February 25, 2007 06:52PM blenders are great for
smoothies green smoothies green drinks raw soups blended salads various beverages (honey lemonade or whatever) and can also be used in lieu of a food processor for things like raw salsa raw hummus raw puddings and more I love to use a blender rather than a juicer because I am not wasting any of the good organic food and also getting to utilize all the great fiber that juicers take out. Date: March 04, 2007 05:28PM You can use it as a water vitalizer to restucture the water. You can buy an element to snap on the container that electrically charges the water.. It costs about 700 bucks to have the customized container but your food will be charged. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
