feeling panicky/drinking juice

Date: February 20, 2007 01:02PM I've just started getting into juicing. Yesterday I made 2 juice drinks and this morning I made one. They are all essentially the same of mostly carrot, a tomato and a couple apples.
My chest this morning feels like I'm going to have a panic attack. I feel shaky and weird all over. I had a handful of walnuts just now and it feels a bit smoothed over, which is why I'm wondering if I've had too much juice...can you get too much veggie juice? wth? sarah Re: feeling panicky/drinking juice

2) remember to slosh juice in mouth to mix with saliva before each swallow. to mix enzyme pytalin as would be done if chewing. 3) try a juice that doesn't mix an acid fruit/vegetable, a sweet fruit, and a slightly starchy vegetable, all together at once. 4) could be detox?
