Carrots, Beet and Spinach ?

Date: April 20, 2007 03:59AM Anyone ever combine Carrots, Beets and Spinach for juice? If so, how much did you use of each for it to taste good?
This is all I have left in my fridge and I don't want to go buy more veggies. lol Re: Carrots, Beet and Spinach ?

Date: April 20, 2007 04:40PM I make carrot and beet juice all the time. I make about two cups of carrot and add one beat, leaves and all. I usually add ginger. I haven't added spinach but it has been on my mind to. Re: Carrots, Beet and Spinach ?

Date: April 21, 2007 09:11PM Carrots, Beets, and Spinach work well together. I'd go 'light' on the Beet. I hope you have a single-gear or a twin-gear for the juicing. Centrifugals don't do Greens very well. Of course, you could always use two different juicers.....WY Re: Carrots, Beet and Spinach ?
