What is a k & k grinder? Omega 8003 observation

I just inspected my Omega 8003 and found some of the plastic in the plastic cap has chipped off. It makes me wonder how much of the plastic got (and will get) into the juice..? I believe it is polycarbonate. Sha Re: What is a k & k grinder? Omega 8003 observation

Date: July 15, 2007 11:34PM I have a k and k grinder, It is like the norwalk grinder but just a chute on a bare motor, after grinding the pulp has to go through a press, its a 2 step op.
