Date: October 04, 2007 01:12AM well why not get this board back on with some interesting stuff to read and invite anyone and everyone to participate?
here is what i have in mind: if you have a nice story to tell, recipe to share, poem to recite, or anything at all about juice, juicing or juicers.....well then let it roll. i have some contributions but i will wait until we get moving along. who wants to start it off? i also have a few more neat ideas for some interesting threads. and...i hope wheatgrass yogi will jump back onboard with us and have some fun. juicin' john Re: juice, juicing and juicer stories...and poems.

why not make wheatgrass taste great? often times when people fisrt try wheat grass, it really turns them off and they have trouble with it for a long time. Why not turn it around and make it taste so good that they just cant wiat to try it again? exploding the whe myth that wheatgrass must be taken stoically straight! recipe for wheatgrass ambrosia juice 1/4 tray of good healthy wheatgrass( more on that later) juice one juicy apple juice 1/4 of lemon (preferablely organic) with tiny bit of the peel for the oils in a personal sizeded blender mix blue berries and straw berries till blender is half full (if you are using full sized blender eyeball that amount) add alittle ice nad alittle bit of fresh orange juice blend until it is smooth "fold" the mixture into your wheat grass juice foam and all stir and serve. hope you like it. juicin' john Re: juice, juicing and juicer stories...and poems.

i was zipping down a backroad yesterday and i saw a farm with a half dozen trees unpicked really BRIGHT red apples about half full and the ground littered with them ... gonna swing on by there after work today and see if cant scarf a few boxes of them and offer to clean off their lawn of bad fruit Our own corn patch came down this week so laste night we picked as many good whole cobs and half cobs as we could find , and as we already have enough frozen and canned to last us till next season , we took our extra to the soup kitchen ! so i had a feel good moment this morning i hope this fits into the nice story category ...Jodi, the banana eating buddhist Edited 2 time(s). i had an apple day too. i went out to my local country golf course and played today it musta been a farm with alot of apple trees at one time apple trees on almost all the holes i have been sampling them all and most are needing pruning and care the one one the last hole is the best one so after i finished putting out on nine i filled my sunday bag with many apples i only carry 10 clubs and that makes it easy to walk and not have to ride you can tell that they dont spray too many chemicals but i washed them off real good anyways (when i got home) i was competing with the yellow jackets who really liked them too i would turn each one ove with my foot before picking it up last time one of them bit me on the finger and it hurt till next day i also found a water cress patch on one of the other holes where a pure water spring feeds a small creek most golf courses nowdays are polluted with chemicals and are real expensive this one is cheap and quite clean in comparison yeah i had an nice apple day too and almost got a a hole in one on #11. you gotta take off your shoes and climb up the tree a stick can be helpful to coax them to fall certainly a bagful in no time at all remember those bees that hang around apple trees when walking around with your toes in the breeze they usually won't bite unless you mess with their find they are serious little buggers and they surely will mind no reason at all to be feelin for lorn perhaps you can find you a field full of corn or some other treasures brought forth by the earth our mother home planet on which we got birth now enjoy all those apples in all kinda ways they surely will last for a couple of days and when they are through.. its all up to you to get up off that grass and find a new tree. i would get off the grass but its my lunch u see and like a little grazer, it behooves me to be sitting here looking forlorn and distracting the bees from encroaching in on my lunch i say it was just a hunch to ask for some apples as nice lovely bait to bait the lil bees away from my lil estate of lovely green grass that i drink in little sips makes me so happy that if were to see me dance i would get lots of tips Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
