If so, are you pleased with it??..

Thanks, Wheatgrass Yogi

I too have a Vita-Prep 3; & I am very interested in the smaller size jars for the blender..

I just have not seen much posted on the use of the smaller containers for the various Vita-Mix blenders..

Does the Vitamix has a glass container,or all of them are plastic? Do you think that the plastic container has polycarbonate that is toxic for us?the same as in common water plastic bottles?

I'm sure there is some Toxicity, but I'm banking that it's not enough to matter. Glass is impractical with High-Speed blending. For safety, the glass would have to be very thick, and the container very heavy. The same as in common water plastic bottles? I'd say the polycarbonate container of the Vita-Mix is safer than plastic bottles. Perhaps JJ or someone else can give a better answer.....WY

By the way, the 32-ounce Vita-Mix container I had ordered from TotalVac.com is temporarily out-of-stock. In the meantime I'm using a 48-ounce container and like it very much...no need to pour the contents into a separate glass, just use the container as a big glass.....WY

I just cancelled my order for the 32-ounce container at TotalVac.com. I like the 48-oz. container so much that I'll just go with it.....WY

I love my older Vita Mix with the stainless steel container. I wonder why they stopped making them in stainless steel. I also love that the older ones have a reverse setting.

it wasn't Profitable. I had a 48-ounce stainless steel
container years ago. I didn't like it then because I
couldn't see the contents. I can't find it so I must
have thrown it out. Wish I had it now.

I can see a reverse on a Juicer, but not a Blender.
How do you use it?....WY
