Who has tried the recipes for the savory green smoothies?

Anyone?

Sometimes, I'm craving something that is not sweet. I love fruit but sometimes my craving is for something that is not so sweet.

I guess I'll have to try a guacamole smoothie.

Roxeli.....Tell us about the Savory Green Smoothie. Do you use Bananas? I like mine with lots of Tomato to make it more flavorful.
Some of you may like to hear an interview with Victoria Boutenko. She sheds a lot of Light on the Green Smoothie and how it changed her life and the lives of her family.....WY
P.S. The interview is in 2 parts.

Use less fruit - sometimes I use a lot of greens and only one small apple or pear. not very sweet, but still tasty!!

I did try the jalepeno/tomato green smoothie (can't remember what else was in it). It was good... but harder to drink a quart of then it's sweeter siblings.

I like to alternate the Fat in each Green Smoothie. I have Pumpkin, Sunflower, and Flax Seeds, and Walnuts. I used a few Rose Petals for the first time tonight. I got the idea from a Shazzie Video. It was an unusual Flavor.....a little Acid with a hint of Perfume.....WY

I love swiss chard (from Victoria Boutenka's book) and frozen banana and cranberries for the tartness. Both of these fruits help to mask the taste of the swiss chard. Blueberries are great too--also love raw cacao powder--but need a little stevia with that.
