Date: December 02, 2007 04:33PM Le Raw Gazette:
Sunday, December 02, 2007 It has been duly reported that on Sunday, Linda Shinstruck McBlooberry almost gave her husband Dinko Barnzo McBloobery a brain concussion after he purportedly reached across the table to sample her blueberry cacao goji berries strawberry banana smoothie that she had so artfully prepared and poured into a tall fluted crystal goblet. No sooner had he touched the stem of the smoothie receptacle, did he feel a dense material wack him in the back of his head. It turned out to be a banana that contacted his cerebral surface and made him see stars. Dinko is recovering nicely. His wife, Linda Shinstruck, who hitherto did not realize the powerfully subconscious "hold" that these smoothies had on her primal possessive instincts is also in emotional recovery, a new 12 step program : Smoothies Anonymous for those recovering from the debilitating and ( potentially dangerous) need to 1) attain a good smoothie 2) obsess about smoothies 3) protect smoothie Dinko keeps his end of the deal by taking his wife out to bowling after her once a week meeting ends ( at 7 PM promptly). They share a bowl of blueberries and goji berries while they walk hand in hand to the nearest Bowling Outlet. Re: don't mess with my smoothie!!

Date: December 09, 2007 11:22PM Ha Ha La_V. Dried Fruit is shunned by the Raw Food Purist, but I love those Hunza Apricots. I probably shouldn't be eating CaCao either, but it does add a nice 'rich' taste.....WY Re: don't mess with my smoothie!!

Date: December 11, 2007 05:44PM I love smoothies made with almond milk and real vanilla beans. This weekend I had a banana strawberry one, I had to share it with my mother who usually doesn't like my "baby food" but she always shows up when the strawberries come out. Must try one with cacao. ------------------------------------------------------- > Must try one with cacao. I get my Cacao from David Wolfe's online Store. It's certified Raw and Organic. The whole Beans are expensive at $11.95 per 8 ounces, but you don't need to use many in a smoothie to give it a nice flavor.....WY [www.sunfood.com] Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
