Date: January 04, 2008 07:14AM to be honest the holidays were to much of a blast from the past for me. It is good to have the new year to deal with now and getting back to the raw way of life. Even though I have been raw for only six months I miss it so verry much. I need all the support to get myself on track for this new year. I have a family and cook for them it was a difficult holliday for me. I am wondering if I should start by going on a juice fast. It is hard to learn new habits but I really miss the raw foods.
