Hi..

I attempted to juice some beets and they didn't taste very sweet... should I par cook them before juicing them?

Beets were always too messy for me, getting red stain everywhere. Plus, Beet Juice made my throat 'raw'. I like to stick with Wheatgrass, Celery, and Carrot.
Norman Walker first got the idea for Juicing when he saw how a Beet 'bled' when it was cut......WY
